GWINNETT COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved a traffic case for a Colombian client in Duluth Municipal Court yesterday.
- The client was ticketed for doing 60 in a 45 MPH zone, but had no prior speeding tickets on his record.
The City Solicitor agreed to reduce the charge to “Driving Too Fast for Conditions” (No Points) and the client paid a total fine of $223.
